At SASS, we want students to feel supported. To ensure that you receive the best support possible, please familiarize yourself with our appointment policies. I understand and acknowledge that: * (check all that apply)

I will either attend appointments I have booked or cancel them at least 6 hours in advance.

If I arrive more than 10 minutes late I may forfeit my appointment.

If I miss multiple appointments without cancelling them I may lose my booking privileges.

I will not transfer an appointment to another student nor send a proxy to attend an appointment on my behalf; doing so will revoke my ability to use this service.

SASS staff will not provide feedback on take-home examinations (this policy includes graduate comprehensive exams). They can discuss general strategies for preparing for and writing exams.

SASS staff will not appraise comments or grades from my TAs or professors.

I will not use appointments to meet with my instructor or TA if they work at SASS.

I am responsible for making changes to my own writing.

Consultants will go over points of grammar and style in the context of my writing but they will not correct my work for me.
