Welcome to Student Academic Success Services (SASS)

Due to construction work in Stauffer Library, SASS will be located in rooms 310-318 in Gordon Hall between May 1 and August 31 2024. Our services will function as normal in Gordon Hall.

If this is your first time using this system, please register with your Queen's email address. Click "Register for an account" on the left panel. If you have already registered, please log in.

Once registered, you must activate your account. An activation email will be sent to your Queen’s email account from academic.success@queensu.ca (check your junk/clutter folder if you don't see it in your email inbox).

Click on the activation URL link provided in that email (you may have to paste the URL into a browser), and your account will become active.

You must select a schedule from the drop-down menu to log in.
